Yes. Just select the download you want to open and click 'open'. The application defined in the configurations dialog will be started. By default, this is an operating system dependent generic opener that selects the appropriate application for the selected file type.
In the incoming view you just have to double-click on the file you want to open.
In general, Juicer adds ajfsp links given as program arguments on startup. This means that you have to register a protocol handler for ajfsp for you browser. This is different for several browsers.
Another possibility is to enable the clipboard observation of Juicer. Then you just have to copy the ajfsp link to the clipboard and it will be automatically added to Juicer.
Juicer is a graphical user interface for the appleJuice filesharing program. It is written in C++ and uses Qt 4. Since it is still under development, there are some features missing. But many of them are already implemented. Some key features of Juicer are:
- adjustable by the user e.g. due to movable dock widgets
- multi language support (currently English and German)
- direct opening of downloads (also via FTP)
- direct access to the incoming directory including simple file operations
